Long-time California poet, Deborah Paes de Barros’ new volume of poetry, On Kevin’s Boat, explores the correlations between physical space and the lost regions of our lives, between love and memory and the way vowels sometimes echo the sounds of the sea. Her work has appeared in numerous journals and she has read at a variety of venues in California. Previous publications include Fast Cars and Bad Girls.
